Welcome To The Show is an anthem about facing exactly who you are and OWNING it. Its intended as a mantra to inspire strength and PRIDE. After recording the song a few months ago, I felt very compelled to create a video to further communicate it’s meaning.

I notice such diversity in my audiences when I’m on tour: Young, old, male, female, Trans, Gay, Straight, White, Black, Asian, Hispanic, and every beautiful in-between. The common bond is that they are all HUMAN BEINGS. No matter how we identify, the human heart has a universal set of emotions and needs. Sure it’s idealistic, but couldn’t we be recognizing our similarities, instead of our differences? It all comes down to Identity. We as a society are obsessed with how to classify and define each person. There are new labels invented monthly for how to describe new “types”. In some cases, these labels are needed to empower us and give us clarity, but it seems that at some point, all the categorizing can become quite divisive. I’ve seen so many people trapped by the identity they put so much effort into maintaining, or shunned by choosing not to. I have fallen into that trap myself. True Individuality seems daunting in our age of social media popularity contests. Sometimes it’s terrifying to face your true, whole self, stripped of any pretense. The good, the bad, the cracks, and the scars. I am no stranger to the feeling of not liking myself. Once I get past my own body image issues, I realize that I sometimes also neglect my own spirit. Living in a world filled with so much hatred sometimes makes cultivating self-love a very difficult task. I have always struggled with this as I’m sure many of you have. My path is a kind of paradox in that I get to share my craft with the world, but also be willing to throw myself to the wolves. To dare to be different, but still wanting to be accepted. There is vast beauty to be found in life’s contradictions. This non-binary reality allows us to lead happy, expressive lives, and yet this very freedom comes with great risks. I’m not alone in this limbo. Through my art, I pledge to bring empathy and courage to anyone who has been made to feel unworthy or ashamed while daring to be themselves.

This is the first time I’ve produced my own music video. With the help of my friend and long- time collaborator Lee Cherry, we set out to co-direct something notably honest. I spoke with Laleh (the brilliant songwriter who is featured on the song) and we agreed on the vulnerability we wanted captured on screen. I think the more we as artists share ourselves openly, the more someone out there may feel inspired to do the same. I also felt a strong feeling of empowerment in creating this video independent of the label system. It was time to shoot this one on my own. This video isn’t about selling a song, or product placement, or racking up viral views. This is intended simply as a creative expression. What resulted on set came from a very free and organic headspace that allowed me to connect with the camera as if it were each person who’s supported me over the last 7 years. This video is a thank you to all of you who have lined up to see the Original High World Tour. To everyone who has listened and shared my songs and given me the purpose to keep moving forward. It’s a thank you to all of you who choose to accept and Love who YOU are! We hold each other up! I want you to keep celebrating exactly who you are, even if you don’t fit into the worlds ideas of what they think you should be. Despite the lethal potential of 12-stone Hulk and the couple’s many other dogs, three-year-old Jordan has grown up with them within arm’s reach. The couple’s company Dark Dynasty K9s supplies animals to high-profile celebrities, billionaires and wealthy professionals – as well as law enforcement around the world. They are trained to have ‘no fear’ and some specialist dogs can even run up the side of fences and walls to reach second-floor windows. Many their dogs share their house on a sprawling 150-acre ranch in New Hampshire, USA. The dogs include more than a dozen highly trained pit bulls – and a single chihuahua.

One year after signed up with a record label, Bastille is already a successful band thanks to word of mouth, but especially thanks to their quality pop melodies.

If there is one famous French word in Great Britain, it’s « Bastille ». Still unknown a few months ago, the band drew its inspiration from the French Revolution but also from its leader’s birthday to choose its name. They are making a real break through in the UK.

Very well-known South African artist, song writer and actor, born in Pretoria on 29 August 1964. He matriculated from Grey College in Bloemfontein in 1982, after which he completed 2 years of military training in the Defence Force, and then enrolled at the Drama School of the Pretoria Technicon, obtaining his diploma in 1986. He first appeared on TV in 1985 in “Guillam Woudberg”, following this up with “Agter Elke Man” (as Bruce Beyers) from 1986 – 1988, “Egoli” (as Doug Durand) from 1992 – 2001, “7de Laan” from 2007 to present, and he hosts his own TV show, “Dis Hoe Dit Is”. He has also appeared in several stage productions (including Joseph and His Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat in 1989) and films (including “Platteland” in 2011 and “Pretville” in 2012).

His music career started as a young boy singing in the church choir, and from the age of 11 he started writing songs. His first album “Desertbound” was released in 1989, and he has since released a further 22 albums. He first appeared on the international stage when he recorded “You Don’t Bring Me Flowers” with the Belgian superstar, Dana Winner, in 1997. The song reached number 2 on the Belgian charts and they toured to sell-out performances. In 2001 he toured South Africa with “Beautiful Noise”, a show depicting the life and music of Neil Diamond. It was a huge success, with 224 concerts held across the country and all tickets sold. 150 of the songs he has written to date have been recorded by South African and international artists.

This song is off his second album “Only Me” released in 1990.

Alphaville’s ‘Little America’ DVD reformatted to HD, wide screen. Best watched in 720p. An audio version of this is still available worldwide under the name ‘Stark Naked and Absolutely Live’. The DVD was recorded in July of 1999 and released in 2,000. It contains live performances of everything – from their big hits to fan favorites.
Alphaville kept playing until the folks running the venue told Alphaville they had to shut it down. Unfortunately, no video can do a live concert justice — certainly not this one. But enjoy the best you can! Unfortunately, the ‘Little America’ DVD is not in print at this time. It was a very limited offer, but you can still get the magnificent audio version! Bastille are an English rock band formed in London in 2010. They began as a solo project by singer-songwriter Dan Smith, who later decided to form a band. The four-piece is completed by Chris Wood, William Farquarson and Kyle Simmons. The name of the band derives from Bastille Day – an event celebrated on Smith’s birthday, 14 July.

In December 2010, EMI Music announced that they had offered Bastille a record contract with Virgin Records. Their debut single, “Overjoyed” was subsequently released in April 2012. Their first studio album, titled Bad Blood, was released in March 2013 and debuted atop the UK Albums Chart. The band was nominated for four Brit Awards at the 2014 ceremony, including for British Breakthrough Act, British Group, British Single of the Year and British Album of the Year, winning for British Breakthrough Act. As of February 2014, Bastille have sold over 2.07 million records in the UK alone.

Bastille front man, Dan Smith has revealed that they wish to release a new album as soon as possible but are being delayed due to touring schedules. Dan Smith has also said that the new album will be more guitar heavy, electronic and perhaps R&B influenced.

The family of the South African hostage, released in the Philippines on Sunday, have welcomed news of the release.

Muslim rebels freed five foreign hostages from a jungle hideout Sunday, but still held 19 other captives on the remote Philippine island of Jolo.

The Abu Sayyaf separatist rebels released four women, including South African, Monique Strydom, and one man after Libya agreed to pay 1 (m) million dollars in ransom for each hostage, negotiators said.

Monique’s parents in Pretoria, Monica and Heggie Aggenbag, described their daughter’s release as feeling like “Christmas”.

Their joy was lessened only by the fact that Monique’s husband Callie Strydom is still held by the rebels.

Callie’s brother, Sam Strydom said, however, that he believed his brother was stronger than Monique and would cope without her.

Blake Shelton Gives First Interview Post Miranda Lambert-Divorce With Red Solo Cup in Hand: “It’s Been One of Those Weeks”

Proceed to party! Two days after finalizing his divorce from Miranda Lambert, a newly single Blake Shelton gave his first interview to Entertainment Tonight, and the segment aired on Monday, Aug. 3.

Shelton, 39, sat down beside fellow country superstar Brad Paisley with a red solo cup in hand filled with “a little vodka” and ice. “I thought I’d go ahead and get it started early,” the Voice coach joked. “It’s been one of those weeks.”

Ditching his wedding ring, Shelton was asked how he was doing. “Well,” he replied cheerfully and facetiously. “I got divorced.”
Shelton and Lambert announced to Us Weekly in a joint statement on July 20, that they were splitting after four years of marriage. “This is not the future we envisioned,” the couple told Us at the time. “And it is with heavy hearts that we move forward separately.” Hours after their initial split announcement, it was revealed that their divorce was finalized.

The beloved country couple, however, confused their millions of heartbroken fans when they tweeted at each other days later. Lambert made fun of bizarre paparazzi pics of Shelton pushing a stroller with a drink in his hand. “I knew it…. You WERE pregnant!” Lambert cracked at her ex-husband, alongside the pic. “This calls for a drink!”
Shelton then retweeted her message and replied, “Ha!!!!! Busted… I wasn’t JUST a fat ass. Drinking shall now begin…”

Despite their happy act, sources told Us at the time that both parties were “heartbroken” and “devastated” by the shocking split.
Shelton later tweeted in response to a fan who was convinced that their exchange was a “charade.” The country superstar noted, “Well rest assured, not one s— is given.”

Molly Morris (Cyrus), a private investigator based in Dallas, takes photos of cheating men. During one of her investigations, F.B.I. Agent Armon Ranford (Piven), offers her a job with the F.B.I., to watch over Alex Patrone (Lauren McKnight), the daughter of a Senator, who was involved in an organized crime case. Molly is reluctant at first, but ultimately decides to accept Ranford’s offer. She goes undercover as a sorority student named Brooke Stonebridge. She meets Sasha Stolezinsky (Eloise Mumford), the head of the sorority and other members, including Becky, Cotton, Hunter, and Alex, whom she has been hired to protect. At first, she suspects that Sasha may be hiding something, but as it turns out, she only changed her identity from Suzy Walters, so she start a new life, rather than be an outcast. Molly also meets her love interest, Nicholas Dexter (Josh Bowman), another student at the college. Molly begins to suspect that one of her professors, Professor Talloway (Matthew Settle), when she discovers that Alex secretly goes off to his home on a lake. She continuously reports back to Ranford, who at one point tells her that Nicholas Dexter is not his real name. She does not believe him, and soon figures out that Ranford is not who he says he is. One night she follows Alex to Talloway’s home, only to discover that her professor is actually a federal agent. She encounters a gunman, who doesn’t kill her. She figures out that Ranford is behind the mask, who drives off with a kidnapped Alex and soon finds Talloway injured from a gunshot wound outside his home. When she returns to the sorority house, she encounters two federal agents working on the case. They are hesitant at first, but Morris convinces them to help her solve the case, with the help of her sorority sisters. They execute the plan, rescue Alex, and corner Ranford, who is arrested. Alex hands over a SD card, with the evidence in her father’s case, to Molly. She hands over to the F.B.I. Molly’s father, Sam Morris (O’Malley), who helped her with the case, greets her and meets Nicholas. The F.B.I. is pleased with Molly’s work, and she is offered to work for them. She declines, and instead wants to continue at college. Two months pass, and she is taking photos of a guy Cotton is dating. Nicholas comes up to her, revealing they are dating. The film ends when they kiss.
